2. Description of Service

Truthylink is a branded link shortening and click analytics platform that allows users to create shortened URLs, generate QR codes, track click analytics, and manage links with features such as custom slugs, password protection, and link expiration. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or breach
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to create links that direct to:

• Malware, viruses, phishing sites, or harmful content
• Spam, scams, or deceptive practices
• Illegal content or activities
• Hate speech, harassment, or violence
• Adult content or pornography
• Content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Sites designed to deceive users or steal credentials

5. Subscription & Payments

Truthylink offers Free, Pro, and Enterprise plans. By subscribing to a paid plan:

• You agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account Settings
• Refunds are provided at our discretion and in accordance with applicable law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its content, features, and functionality, is owned by Truthylink and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Truthylink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in San Francisco County, California.
